PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR POLICIES, so that you can make an informed purchase. At FashionBaw we sincerely thank your for your interest in shopping with us. We appreciate your business.

There is a no return policy. With all items the sale is final. Returns are only available if there is a defect in the product or the wrong item(items) was shipped. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 2 business days after delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the item(items) purchased are intentionally damaged or misused. We do not cover shipping. Return Shipping Is The Responsibility Of The Customer. 

We Do Not Honor Refunds

All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item(items) in the form of a store credit or discount code, exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

Some Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, intimates and swimwear white clothing cannot be returned. Beauty products cannot return. These items are FINAL SALE.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.

Our Return INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please contact us and send us an email for return approval see (contact us page)
  • Please include your name and order number in the initial email.
  • Item(items) MUST NOT have any smell of fragrance or soil mark.
  • Shoes MUST NOT have any signs of wear, scratch or mark and remain in the same packaging.
  • We MUST receive your return item(items) within 10 days of receipt.

Store Credit\Discount Code
Store Credit\Discount Code Is Not Available Under Certain Circumstances:

  • Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as bad weather, war, public holidays, customs issues and natural disasters.
  • Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond FashionBaw’s control.

Un-Insured Orders That Are Lost Or Stolen.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(items). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your store credit\discount code will be processed, and an email will be sent to the original email address that was used. PLEASE BE ADVISED that a store credit\discount code CANNOT BE SHIPPED to your address or transfer to a friend or family.
